All Purpose GF Flour Blend

This flour blend is good for times when you sort of want to mimic regular wheat flour, like in pastries, pie crusts or certain cakes. This blend is my go-to during holiday season to bake Christmas cookies! I like to make a big batch at a time so I just have it in the pantry whenever I need it.

1 cup sweet white sorghum flour

1 cup millet flour

1 cup almond flour

¾ cup brown rice flour

¾ cup sweet white rice flour

½ cup potato starch

½ cup arrowroot starch

½ cup tapioca flour

Put everything in a big container, close the lid and shake it all around to get everything mixed up.
