Chocolate Ganache Frosting

Simplest frosting ever and super chocolaty! In this picture, it is shown on my vanilla cupcakes.


½ cup dark chocolate chips

3-4 Tbsp full fat coconut milk


  1. Melt chocolate and let cool to room temp.
  2. Using electric beaters or a stand mixer, beat chocolate with the coconut milk until slightly airy and more frosting-ish. Add coconut milk 1 Tbsp at a time and keep going as needed.
  3. Spread on cupcakes immediately – the frosting will harden a bit as it sits!
