This smoothie is possibly the simplest thing to make ever, but it tastes amazing and is a great healthy option! When I was little, I was obsessed with cinnamon toast crunch. I loved how once I ate all of the cereal, the milk left over would be super sweet and cinnamon-y. This smoothie remind me a little of that because it is creamy, sweet and just tastes like a cinnamon explosion in you mouth. If there was a cinnamon bun in drink form, this would be it.
1 frozen banana (peel and cut into chunks before freezing)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 medjool dates
1 ½ tbsp almond or cashew butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
