Smoothies are always my go-to breakfast during the summer because they are super refreshing. It’s really easy to pack a ton of nutrients into one smoothie and to change up the flavors depending on what you’re in the mood for. Not to mention, they’re fast, easy and you can take them on the go with you. This strawberry peach smoothie is naturally sweet and absolutely delightful. Try topping it with unsweetened shredded coconut and Purely Elizabeth’s granola and you’ll never go back!
½ banana, frozen
⅓ cup strawberries, frozen
⅓ cup sliced peaches, frozen
1 medjool date
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
Optional toppings: granola, shredded coconut
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
